The location was fantastic, placing us right by the beach with loads of attractions nearby. The room was sunny and quiet, ideal for a couple's retreat. the absence of staff made check-in troublesome, and tidiness left much to be desired. All in all, it's a mixed bag that could use improvement!

All fine, but cramped bathroom

The bed sheets were stained and the bathroom was quite cramped.

Awful stay, misleading communication.

The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. The room was functional, but the security concern with window locks gave me some worries.

The room had good shower pressure and comfortable, firm beds, indicating it had potential for a lovely stay. it was a disappointment to be relocated due to urgent maintenance, and other aspects like cleanliness were quite lacking, impacting the overall comfort. With some improvements, this could be a worthwhile accommodation.

The room was spacious and tidy, making it reasonably comfortable. there were significant heating issues, a broken shower, and the surrounding noise was disturbing enough that it affected our peace. the stay wasn’t ideal, and improvements are needed to truly enjoy it.

I loved the spacious family room we got. The beds had nice firmness and good pillows, which kept everyone comfortable. The pressure in the shower was impressive. Although, one shower door was off its runner, making it a bit inconvenient to use properly. The atmosphere felt welcoming, and the architecture intrigued me. I wished for better maintenance though. handles were missing on a few pieces of furniture. the toilet kept running after I used the long flush. We didn’t get any tea or coffee supplies in the twin room, which made mornings less enjoyable. The building has so much potential, but it needs a bit of TLC to really shine.

Had an amazing time with my friends at this spot! We relaxed by the pool and even tried the nearby amusement park and the beach. The place had cable programming and good Wi-Fi, which kept us entertained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend it for a fun-filled trip!

One downside was the noise from the street, which occasionally disturbed our sleep. It would be good to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

I recently stayed for two nights in the Standard Double Room. The friendly atmosphere and warm decor provided a comfortable setting, despite some challenges with limited seating in common areas. it was a lovely retreat with helpful staff.

Strollers Restaurant served up some bangin' dishes just a hop away, while Albatross Italian had pasta that felt like a warm hug! the room was spacious and comfy even if only one window opened. A solid spot for weary travelers!

Towels were a right mess, and don't even get me started on the bed bugs! No fan when it was sweltering too. Bit of a bummer, really.

I had an amazing stay at Villa Rose! The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and the cozy atmosphere made it feel like home. Our quadruple room was spacious and had a fully stocked bathroom with good pressure, thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Rooms could use some updates.

I appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the warm decor in the common areas, which made it feel inviting and comfortable for my stay. The staff offered great assistance, making it accessible and accommodating for seniors like myself.

More seating options in common areas would be great.
